The market and the needs of the poor will never be aligned –
It’s not possible because of the way the market is designed.
With no money you may have to sleep on the street.
With no money you may not be able to eat.
When all the necessities of life are given a price
Some people will be sacrificed.
The demands of the market and the planet will never be in tune,
And there’s no sign that this will be changing any time soon.
Irreparable damage is simply dismissed –
Unless it affects balance sheets it doesn’t exist.
Harmful consequences, no matter how substantial,
Can’t be seen unless they’re financial.
Market forces and social cohesion are a difficult fit –
For one to succeed the other will need to submit.
For most things that we value can’t be measured in cash –
Are we prepared to see them thrown out with the trash?
The way that we want for the future is ours to choose –
We have too much to lose.

Love the whole album but the groove on The Humanity Show reminds of the first time I heard Culture Shock which was a cassette called reality stop no 35 if my memory serves me correct. Hope to see you lot back in Liverpool at some point..... Here's hoping Senor Denzil
Lo-fi recording can't muffle the energy exploding from these DC punks, all raw riffs, manic percussion, and harsh vocals. Bandcamp New & Notable Jun 8, 2021
